1. The Doctor- Only the best fictional character ever. I legit am in love with him (in a seperate way than I love David Tennant. Trust me.) My life's dream is to be the doctor's companion. Or just in an episode I suppose. There are just so many levels to him and I love how one minute you have the slightly dopey, northern, slightly harsh Christopher Eccleston doctor and then you have jumpy, schitzo, gorgeous, insane, puppy David Tennant doctor and it makes complete sense in my head that they are the same person. I have only high hopes of Matt Smith because I know the people casting him wouldn't have done it if they weren't completely sure. They know what they're doing.

2. Draco Malfoy- all versions I have ever seen of him. Book/Film/A Very Potter Musical/Fanfiction. I just love him to bits and he rocks the angst like Harry never could. I wish JK made more of him in the books than she did but I get that harry was the focus. Draco is just more kickass.

3. Doug- The dog from UP! He is just epic epic epic win. I love him bestest. (ALSO OTHER DOUG- see sarah's comment below.)

4.DEATH- The Terry Pratchett version. One of his best creations and one that makes me want to believe in Death as an actual being who collects souls when they die. ESPECIALLY HOW HE TALKS IN CAPITALS ALL THE TIME. I LIKE IT WHEN PEOPLE DO THAT.

5.Donna Noble- Again from Doctor Who. What? Sue me. I loved her as the doctor's companion. She was hilarious but she also had this deeper level to her that connected with the doctor and that wanted to look after him and change how he looked at things. Everything about her (especially her red hair :D) was so amazingly badass. She wins at life.

I love sarah ( lillervillain) sooooo much you guys like, seriously, because she's always there when I need her. Regardless of the fact that she's at her cousin's and can only be online for five minutes.
I was in a little downward spiral last night and noone was really around and then BANG there she was. Even though she was busy.
Sarah, you totally rock and I can't wait to meet you and omg you are my ladybug and you always brighten up my day :)

Oh wait, no it's not. I got in at 9am this morning for my Old English lecture this morning. On arrival we are told it is cancelled because our seminar tutor is ill. Not only could I have slept for a whole extra 3 hours but I stayed up last night to do the bloody translation, agonising over whether I had got the word order right. (In Old English they just thrw sentences together willy-nilly, word order doesn't have any affect on the meaning of sentences for them, so you have to figure it out yourself when translating it. E.g: "They him said to that they would pay attention not more than the king who killed was" they need to learn how to speak. And not like yoda.)
and I just realised I forgot my book for creative writing D: We had to bring in our favourite book openings.
I don't have one but I chose Oryx and Crake by Margaret Atwood because I do really love that one.
Oh, I can get in from the library. No worries.
I HAVE THE BEST SANDWICH FOR LUNCH ALSO. LOTSA HAM AND CHEESE AND SALAD AND TOMATOES AND MAYO. YUM.

One of my greatest fears has always been to feel helpless.

Especially to feel helpless to protect those I love from hurt.

I hate when your fears are realised.

So I was feeling arty and I bought a sketchbook and then it chucked it down but I protected the precious paper with my body so think of that sacrifice, okay?
I felt inspired to do a bit of Fanart for the series The Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare.
The is a scene from the first book ( I'm pretty sure anyway) where Clary has a dream in which Jace has angel wings.
The cityscape is supposed to be Brooklyn but I basically just tried to steal the picture of the front of the book for that. Also I know that Jace is almost exactly like the cover but I haven't drawn a male torso before that wasn't clothed or on an old man for life drawing.
Bits of it are slapdash and I'm not sure about Clary and scanning always cuts the quality but ANYWAY. (Also crummy title, may change it later. Anyways)

So I decided to set up a commjournal for my poetry because I figure I need some more feedback so I can improve and actually do well in Creative Writing.

It's all very different but most of it will be free verse and unrhymed.
